Well folks this is one I’ve been waiting patiently for since BF2, don’t get me wrong Bad Company 2 and it’s addons were pleasant distractions but not quite enough for the massive multiplayer war buff such as myself. I would have been even happier if EA has released their anticipated battlefield 1943, however PC gamers were left hanging while their console brothers started the war without us.
For those of us who know they will be getting the game and are willing to give EA another chance to release a title on time the following press release was released a few weeks ago. For a limited time, the Battlefield 3 pre-order offer features the digital expansion pack Battlefield 3™: Back to Karkand at no extra charge.* This themed multiplayer expansion pack includes four legendary maps from Battlefield 2 boldly re-imagined with Frostbite™ 2 physics, destruction and visuals.
